Transformers One.
I did not officially work on this movie, however, I was contacted end of October 2021 about the possibility of working on it before it even started.
I was very excited at the prospect of working on this, so, I took proactive action (I was not asked to) and did a study of what these guys might look like since I was told they were based on GEN one and possibly with Megatron being good at first.
Villains are always fun to do, and again, apparently this was before he was evil.
I was trying to envision him in the first images here as kind and peaceful, as much as Optimus. Then, in the next set of images, I wanted to evil him up to the cruel Megatron we all know..
I submitted these early designs to my contact hoping to be on the job.
Yet, in the end, it didn’t pan out for some reason, always a bummer to have any project pass you by..
Anyway, the movie looks incredible and congrats to everyone involved!
